ABOUT US
Blackwood Primary School is situated on 5.8 hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds, ideally situated on Shepherds Hill Road between the Wittunga Botanic Gardens to the East and the Blackwood High School to the West.
Our school of approximately 410 students is housed in solid brick buildings and includes classrooms, Library/Resource Centre, Music & Drama Suite, Japanese language, Gymnasium, a Multi-Purpose Room and a Teacher Professional Development and Planning room.
We have a specifically designed OSHC facility that caters for families that require out of school hours care. The school has numerous ‘pods’ of computers located in or adjacent to classrooms.
